Whether you just graduated from college, recently moved to a new city, changing careers, preparing for parenthood or marriage, or chasing a dream, these are all big changes that can be difficult to take on alone. Relationship Issues

Challenges arise in relationships of every kind. It is not uncommon. Sometimes, challenges can even help us grow closer in our relationships with others, depending on how we respond. Better understanding our thoughts and feelings when facing a challenge or conflict is the first step towards responding and communicating in a healthy way. Healthy relationships depend on healthy communication. Individual therapy can be a great place to start this process.
